1st Component of Workout #1

Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes

Competitive Division

20 Sandbag Squats 150lb/100lb

300 Meter Sprint

10 Strict Pull-Ups

Intermediate Division

20 Sandbag Squats 60lb/30lb

300 Meter Sprint

10 Ring Rows


During this portion of the workout only one athlete can be working at a time but can exchange the workload at any point in time by clapping hands with a teammate.


2nd Component of Workout #1

As a team collectively, the athletes will also be attempting to complete as many sit-ups as possible during the 12 minutes.

Only one athlete can be performing sit-ups at a time but can exchange the workload at any point in time by clapping hands with a teammate.


Workout Scoring

There will be two scores for this workout, one score for the number of reps completed on the first component and one score for the total number of sit-ups completed on the second component.
